Plan the export before you render. Count the audio, leave room below a limit, and keep the quality trade-off in view.
What this number includes
File size is the combined video and audio bitrate multiplied by duration. Decimal MB and GB are used throughout. The prediction excludes container overhead and changes in average bitrate.

The 4K recommendations are ranges: 35–45 Mbps at lower frame rates and 53–68 Mbps at higher frame rates. We choose 40 and 60 Mbps inside those ranges. Other values follow the official SDR upload table.
